• ZPilot Academy is an educational brand owned and operated by Inflow Ventura LLP, registered in India.
• By accessing or using the ZPilot Academy website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Course schedules, instructors, and content may be modified if necessary.
• Courses may be conducted online, offline or in hybrid mode depending on the program.
• ZPilot Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations in exceptional circumstances.
• All course materials, presentations, videos, templates, projects, prompts, source code, recordings, worksheets and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of ZPilot Academy unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, redistributed, sold, uploaded or shared publicly.
• Live sessions may be recorded for educational, quality assurance or internal purposes. By participating, learners consent to such recordings.
• Student Code of Conduct: A few codes (but not limited to) such as, respectful behaviour, no harassment, no disruptive conduct, no impersonation, no sharing another student’s account shall be adhered by all students. ZPilot Academy can remove students violating these policies.
• Certificates are issued only to participants satisfying attendance and/or course completion requirements. ZPilot Academy reserves the right to withhold certification where these requirements are not met.
• Accounts are intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials may result in suspension.
• ZPilot Academy does not guarantee employment, internships, salary increases or examination success through completion of its courses.
• Force Majure: Classes can be rescheduled by ZPilot Academy due to (but not limited to) internet outages, natural disasters, government restrictions, instructor illness, etc. 
• Students/learners under 18 should register with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  ZPilot Academy offers you multiple payment methods online. Whatever your mode of payment online, you can be rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may also use Internet Banking. Z-Pilot Academy also accepts payment through cash, cheque, RTGS, Neft or DD (Demand Draft); you can also make your payments using Card Types like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and credit/debit cards in India.
• There is NO hidden charge when you order on zpilot.in. The prices listed for the courses/products/services are final including GST. The price you see on the payment page is exactly what you will pay. ZPilot Academy reserves the right to change course/product/service prices, curriculum, instructors, timings, delivery format, etc on its website from time to time. 
• Your online transaction on zpilot.in is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. ZPilot Academy uses encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing. All credit card and debit card payments on ZPilot Academy are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading company. 
• ZPilot Academy offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your course. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.
• Payment processing is handled by authorised third-party payment gateways. ZPilot Academy does not store full card details.
• Learners are expected to use AI responsibly. Unless explicitly instructed otherwise, assignments, assessments and project submissions should represent the learner's own understanding. ZPilot Academy reserves the right to investigate plagiarism, misuse of AI-generated work or academic dishonesty.
• Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of these terms.
