ZPilot Academy is an educational brand owned and operated by Inflow Ventura LLP. We provide courses, masterclasses, workshops and other educational programmes through online, offline or hybrid modes.
No Physical Shipping
Our services are primarily educational and service-based. No physical product is shipped unless explicitly mentioned on the relevant programme or registration page. Therefore, shipping charges, courier services and physical delivery timelines are generally not applicable.
Service Delivery
The delivery mode, schedule, venue, duration, fees and other relevant details will be displayed on the applicable course, programme or registration page before payment.
For online programmes, access links, login credentials or joining instructions will be delivered electronically through the participant’s registered email address, phone number or designated learning platform.
For offline programmes, the relevant venue, schedule and participation instructions will be provided on the registration page or communicated electronically to registered participants.
Registration Confirmation
Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. A confirmation, receipt or relevant access information will normally be sent to the email address or phone number provided during registration.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information. If confirmation or access information is not received within 24 hours of successful payment, participants should contact ZPilot Academy.
Changes or Cancellation
Any changes to the schedule, venue, instructor or delivery mode will be communicated to registered participants through the contact information provided during registration.
Cancellations and approved refunds will be handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Future Physical Materials
If any programme includes physical books, certificates, merchandise or other materials requiring delivery, the applicable shipping method, charges and estimated delivery timeline will be clearly communicated before purchase.
